Head of Sales
For our client - a fast-growing leisure and lifestyle company in Hungary, working in the exciting field of live shopping and online collective buying, growing fast in the local market – we are looking for a new colleague for the Head of Sales position. Feladatok:
• Launch, grow and lead a successful sales teams of 8-10 people • Manage, coach, train and guide your sales team • Take responsibility for delivering outstanding team sales results • Work with company Management to execute on sales strategy and achieve revenue targets • Monitor and motivate the sales team • Carry out sales team performance feedback reviews • Manage deal approvals • Co-ordinate with pre- and post-sales teams • Provide detailed KPI reporting and administration as necessary • Identify new and creative businesses & activities • Demonstrate a passion for winning and delivering top results Elvárások:
• Minimum 3-5 years of extensive sales experience • Proven leadership track record with people management skills, understanding of team dynamics • A strong orientation towards sales and the ability to develop lasting relationships with partners • Strong networking and negotiation skills for building new relationships • Excellent network of contacts in relevant sector (food & beverage, wellness, leisure) • Passion for winning and delivering top results • Action oriented and entrepreneurial mindset! • Dynamic, energetic, confident and fast-paced personality with good problem solving skills • Fluency in English language is mandatory Amit kínálunk:
